2. What data can I provide to you?

Typically, the name, date of birth, time of birth, height, and weight are included. Some items also include a dedication or a short greeting.

3. How long does the personalization take?

Most personalized gifts are ready to ship within 3–5 business days. Particularly complex items may take slightly longer.

4. Can I order at very short notice (e.g., for a birth)?

Yes – we personalize daily. Since each piece is handmade, we currently need a little more time. Please allow approximately 3–5 business days until your order is ready to ship. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

5. Are personalized items exchangeable?

Personalized products are made especially for you and are therefore non-returnable – unless, of course, we have made a mistake.

We engrave/print exactly according to your specifications. Therefore, please check your spelling and information before submitting. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, please contact support right away.

Yes. Many of our baby gifts can also be personalized for christenings, first birthdays, or as a gift for older siblings.

10. Can I have personalized baby gifts sent directly to the parents?

Yes. Just provide the parents' delivery address. We don't include an invoice in the package – ideal if it's meant to be a gift.
