1. Organizer

The sweepstakes are conducted under the brand "Schmatzepuffer".

2. Scope of Application
These terms and conditions of participation apply to all sweepstakes conducted by LT Toys GmbH via its online channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, or website).
3. Participation
Participation is achieved by fulfilling the conditions of participation specified in the respective sweepstakes (e.g., commenting on a post, liking, or other interactions).
Participation is free of charge and not tied to the purchase of goods or services.
4. Eligibility
Eligible participants are natural persons aged 18 and over with a residence in Germany, unless otherwise specified in the respective sweepstakes.
Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.
5. Participation Restrictions
Only one entry per person is permitted, unless otherwise specified in the respective sweepstakes. Multiple entries, the use of multiple profiles, and participation via automated processes (e.g., bots or sweepstakes services) are not permitted.
6. Prizes
The type and scope of the prizes are specifically described in the respective sweepstakes.
Cash payment, exchange, or transfer of prizes is excluded, unless expressly stated otherwise.
7. Participation Period
The participation period will be separately stated in the respective sweepstakes.
8. Winner Determination
Winners will be determined by random selection or according to the criteria defined in the sweepstakes after the participation period has ended.
9. Winner Notification and Acceptance
Winners will be notified via the respective channel of the sweepstakes (e.g., direct message on Instagram or Facebook).
If winners do not respond within 5 days of notification, the organizer reserves the right to determine a new winner.
The participant agrees that in the event of a win, their name or profile name may be published on the channels used by the organizer.
10. Shipping / Prize Handling
Personal data (e.g., name, address) will be collected for the purpose of prize handling.
Prizes will only be shipped to addresses within Germany, unless otherwise specified.
Upon handover of the prize to the shipping service provider, the risk passes to the winner.
No liability is assumed for lost or damaged shipments during transit, insofar as this is legally permissible.
11. Data Protection
The processing of personal data takes place exclusively for the purpose of conducting the respective sweepstakes (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR).
Data will only be passed on to third parties insofar as this is necessary for the implementation of the sweepstakes (e.g., shipping service providers).
After the complete processing of the sweepstakes, the data will be deleted, provided that no legal retention obligations exist.

12. Exclusion of Liability for Platforms
The sweepstakes is not connected to Instagram, Facebook or other platforms and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or organized by them.
The sole contact person and responsible party is the organizer.
13. Exclusion from the Sweepstakes
The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the sweepstakes in the event of violations of these terms and conditions of participation, false information, or attempts at manipulation.
14. Early Termination / Changes
The organizer reserves the right to change, adapt or prematurely terminate sweepstakes at any time without prior notice for important reasons.
15. Liability
The organizer is only liable for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence. In cases of simple negligence, the organizer is only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).
16. Legal Recourse
Legal recourse is excluded.
17. Applicable Law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
18. Severability Clause
Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions of participation be or become wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
