Shipping within Germany

• Standard shipping up to 38.99 € order value (DHL or GLS): 4.90 €
• Standard shipping from 39 € order value (DHL or GLS): 1.90 €

Production & Delivery Times

• Items without personalization: Ready for shipment in 1–3 business days.
• Personalized items: Ready for shipment in 3–5 business days, as each product is individually crafted in our manufactory.
• Delivery within Germany: usually 1–2 business days after shipment.
• EU & Switzerland: depending on the country 3–8 business days after shipment.

Personal Pickup in Bocholt

In addition to shipping, we also offer the option of personal pickup in Bocholt. This option is especially used by customers who need their gift at short notice or consciously want to avoid shipping.

Shipping to Switzerland

• Standard shipping including customs clearance: 14.90 CHF
• Customs clearance is already included – no additional fees upon delivery.
• Delivery time: usually 4–8 business days after shipment.

• No partial deliveries: Pre-ordered items will be shipped collectively.
